Why there are no testimonials on this page
Because we launched days ago and will not invent them. Here is the deal instead: every founding clinic gets a recovered-hours scorecard, and with permission we publish those scorecards on this page, real numbers, good or bad. One real result from a clinic like yours is worth more than any roadmap, so the proof section of this site is reserved for you.
Florida ready on day one
Our first founding clinics are Florida clinics, so Florida Medicaid is encoded as rules the software enforces, not a PDF someone has to remember. The 40-hour weekly ceiling and the family-training telehealth cap (97156, two hours a week, GT) are refused at booking time. Reauthorization packets run on the 180-day clock with the instrument cadence built in. The Filing Clock tracks each Statewide Medicaid Managed Care plan's timely-filing window so a clean claim never dies of old age. And one honest detail most software gets wrong: Florida suspended EVV for behavior analysis in 2022, so our EVV gate stays built but off for Florida, and flips on the day the state flips it back.
